1/4 Cup butter or (margarine)

2 Tablespoons brown sugar

1/2 Cup BOGGS Cranberry Liqueur

1 Teaspoon finely grated orange rind

1 Can (24 oz.) yams, drained and sliced

In a large skillet, melt butter with brown sugar, BOGGS and orange rind. Place potato slices in syrup. Simmer 3-4 minutes on each side or until well glazed. Serves 4-6.
