Our spotlight today is on Victoria Secret. The fading retailer fights back with inclusivity plan. Over the years Victoria’s Secret has taken its lumps for only featuring skinny models. At a recent investors presentation L Brands executives freely used the buzz words such as Inclusivity and Diversity without laying out how these concepts would be applied to the company behind Victoria’s Secret. The company over the years has taken a lot of criticism and has been alienating women by refusing to higher models of different shapes and sizes .Earlier this year Victoria’s Secret has added Barbara Palvin to the Angel lineup. It’s about time , we will continue to blog topical issues ss it relates to Inclusivity.
